Celebrate || At the point in her life when she was mature enough to realize she had been living the life she deserved, despite her current circumstances, she had learned to be satisfied. Of course, there were those moments when she believed the voices of those demons who told her she was nothing—a bad example to her family. There were days when she thought of herself as a weakling because of the host of illnesses and her obsession with prescription medication. But, on most days, she understood she had no choice but to ignore the voices that plagued her and remain strong for her daughter and grandchildren. Perhaps she was unemployed, on the verge of losing her home, suffering from mental issues, and battling borderline addictions. She continued to survive and was doing so quite well.
